•Carrot soup with cilantro pesto
•Sliced leg of lamb with fresh mint sauce

•Sautéed Kale with dried fruit and pine nuts
•Warm escarole salad with sherry wine vinaigrette
•Apple gratin with fennel and house made crème fraiche
