On the way home to our home ranch in Watsonville Andy and James stopped to pick up milk and visit the piglets.

 

Green Walnuts: the little dish to the left is the walnut meat, the big pile in front is all the stuff to toss.

 

 

Zucchetta Rampicante. This is an heirloom Italian summer squash.

 

 

Zucchettas cut in half and marinated with olive oil, garlic, and chile flakes.
