The Fuerte avocado has a pear-like shape and is green in color, even when ripe.It’s medium-thin skin peels easily to reveal the dense, green flesh. It has a rich, creamy flavor with, what many say, denotes hints of hazelnut. Perfect for all your avocado uses.
