Quince (5 lb bag) Tomato Palooza

This quince, from Fruitilicious Farm, is mostly of Russian and Crimean varietals which are reputed to be able to be eaten raw. However, most people cook quince and use in recipes both sweet and savory, as it is very versatile. It is also high in pectin so it makes excellent jams.
