Join us for some relaxing rejuvenating self-care on the summer solstice.

Join us at Mariquita Farm where you can relax and enjoy the countryside.  You can explore the gardens filled with flowers, while looking out at hillsides  covered in citrus and roses. Indulge yourself in  a variety of self-care offerings while celebrating the Summer solstice with us! We will be joined by several event guides and practitioners that will provide you with a taste of their art and profession.

 

Offerings include:

  • Facial Massage Session
  • Acupuncture Points for Stress
  • 15 Minute Channeling Session
  • Labyrinth Walk
  • Sound Bowl Meditation

 

Ticket Cost: $45 per person. Space limited.

 

You are welcome to bring a snack or lunch to enjoy  on the grounds.  The farm store will be open where you can find lots of unique gifts, crystals, and food items.

 

Lavender will be available for U-pick at the end of the event.

 

Terrain is hilly and uneven, and contains a lot of  cactus, please come dressed with good shoes and layers.

 

Gates open at 10:30 AM for registered guests only. The event is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Note: Please arrive at the start of the event with time for parking. We will all begin together at the start of the event.

 

NOTE: This event is for ages 16 and older. Some of the offerings require a parent’s consent. Pets cannot be kept in the car.  The farm’s address in Watsonville will be sent with the ticket purchase confirmation.

 

Event Guides and Practitioners

 

Starr Linden

Flower Farmer & Dirt Artist at Mariquita Farm in Watsonville.

Starr has worked in gardens for over 40 years and has facilitated walks in the Lavender Labyrinth for the last five years. She and her partner Andy created the Labyrinth during the lockdown months of Covid. The area is surrounded with gardens and flowers and its amphitheater location is the best place to hear birds singing from the treetops. The land has been in the family since the late 1800’s and is filled with history and beauty that is a joy to share.

 

Danielle Kingsley

Licensed Esthetician, Certified DMK Skin Revision Therapist, Reiki Master, Herbalist. With over 20 years of experience, Danielle possesses a unique blend of expertise, education, certifications, and skills, offering an integrated holistic approach to her practice. She intertwines health and beauty, addressing both internal and external aspects for a unique and effective holistic integrative skin wellness therapeutic experience.

 

Dr. Kristy Callon

A CA Licensed, Nationally Board-Certified Acupuncturist & Practitioner of Chinese Medicine.

Kristy holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (DACHM) from Five Branches University and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Medicine from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Dr. Kristy treats a wide range of conditions, from digestive, stress, pain, insomnia, woman’s health concerns, to emotional well-being.

 

Sarah Mitnick

Certified Crystal Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer and Meditation Teacher. With over 25 years of experience, Sarah has studied the human magnetic field and how crystals and sound interact with it. Her crystal therapy sessions provides realignment of energy frequencies and removal of energy blocks, which allows for deep soul learning, healing and spiritual growth. She integrates reiki with crystal to amplify the healing process.

 

Erin has spent 24 years holding space as a hairstylist, but her path deepened after a reading revealed her intuitive gifts. She went on to train in channeling and mediumship, and now offers calm, clarity, and connection through messages from spirit guides and past loved ones. Channeling is her way of serving with love-helping others return to themselves and the unseen support that’s always been with them.
