Culinary Herbs: Laurel Bay, Rosemary, Thyme & Za’atar Marjoram- MT Palo Alto

This collection of herbs includes laurel bay leaf, rosemary, thyme and za’atar marjoram. The herbal oils in our herbs are preserved longer by not crushing the herbs prior to package. Crushing or bruising the herbs releases the flavor and aroma in the plant oil and should be done right before use.
