Canners Special on the San Marzanos! The San Marzano is a traditional Italian “paste tomato “ variety, treasured for its flavor and dense texture which cooks down to create thick, velvety tomato sauces very quickly. Our San Marzano tomatoes are dry-farmed for extra flavor. One hundred pounds of San Marzano tomatoes will come in five 20 pound boxes. $225 for 100 pounds. Boxes beyond the minimum of 5 will be at the special rate of $45 per box.
