Mariquita Farm is full of colorful roses. Drying rose petals has become a fun pastime allowing us to take in the true beauty of each rose. Most of our packets focus on mixed colors with the deeper reds being predominant. Rose petal confetti is used in many ways from weddings to baths, sachets to teas, rosewater to baking, and in candle making and other crafts.
A member of the mint family, this particular mint is loved most by cats, hence the name catnip. Put the dried leaf into cat toys or make a tea for your mature kitty to enjoy. Some say it is best given to cats occasionally so that they do not become desensitized to its effects, but our kitties seem to take a whiff sometimes more than once a day. The herbal oils in our herbs are preserved longer by not crushing the herbs prior to packaging.

Our Lisbon Lemon Chutney is made from Mariquita Farm grown Lisbon lemons, by our friends at Happy Girl Kitchen! Delicious with papadam or samosa, as well as, along side your favorite dish. Use it on top of plain yogurt or anywhere you would use jam or preserves. It's full of Lisbon lemons, brown sugar, raisins, dried cherries, gooseberries, crystalized ginger, cardamon, and coriander. A tart, sweet, and versatile condiment.

Meyer Lemon Marmalade made from Mariquita Farm grown Meyer lemons, by our friends at Happy Girl Kitchen and Lemon Medley Marmalade made from Mariquita Farm grown Lisbon, Meyer, and Eureka lemons, also made by our friends at Happy Girl Kitchen. Delicious on toast, on top of vanilla ice cream or on cream cheese for a tasty appetizer with crackers.
