This mild sweet-tart fruit originated in Ancient Persia and was brought to California by Spanish settlers in 1769. Considered high in anti-oxidants and vitamins C and K, pomegranates are delicious in sauces, dressings and salad, as well as eating fresh.

These are jalapeños harvested after they've turned sweet and spicy fire! Great to add some sweet heat to salsa or stir fries. Or, make sriracha!
