This herb collection includes Thyme, Sweet Marjoram, and Oregano. Thyme is used for adding layers of flavor without being overwhelming. It's commonly used to season sauces and braises. Sweet Marjoram is in the same genus as oregano but is much sweeter, with a warm and aromatic taste. Oregano is an essential herb in Italian sauces, especially spicy ones, and on pizza. Great in a rub for meat or in salsa.

Lemon Thyme is in the same family, Lamiaceae, as Thyme. The difference is the lemon or citrus-scented leaves. Lemon Thyme will add an additional burst of lemon, citrus flavor to fish and meat dishes, marinades, soups, stews and salads.
