Purslane Salad Recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Purslane
- 1 Hard-boiled Egg
- ½-1 Cup Lettuce or Chard Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (or other semi hard cheese)
- 3 Green Onions
- Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
- Olive Oil, Mayo, or Greek Yogurt
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Chopped Avocado (if you have one on hand!)
