There’s a definite chill in the air at night even if it’s sunny during the day. Fall weather has arrived which means tomato season’s days are numbered! We still have tomatoes for now but best to get them while you can. And we’re bringing them to our Berkeley pick up site this Sunday, October 27th and then to Happy Girl Kitchen in Pacific Grove next week on Tuesday, October 29th.
More on our Tomatopalooza Popup at Happy Girl Kitchen: they are having their annual BYO Pumpkin Carving Party that starts at 5 PM. We’ll be there from 3 PM to 6 PM and will have some of our pumpkins for sale in case you want to join in on the pumpkin carving festivities, too!
We have San Marzanos, Dry-farmed Early Girls, and Piennolo tomatoes — all in limited supply — and a bounty of beautiful mixed heirloom flats available. We’ll also bring a range of gourds, winter squash, and pumpkins, along with our seasonal citrus. Plus, we’ve got a multitude of marigolds for your Dia de Los Muertos, Hallowe’en and Diwali celebration decor! All of our dried herbs, herbal infusions and herbal salts are on the menu too, along with olive oil from our friends at Belle Farms in Watsonville, California. Place your order now to ensure you get what you want while it’s available. NOTE: Please put your preferred pick up location — Berkeley OR Pacific Grove — in the notes at Check Out. As soon as you submit your order, you’ll receive an automatic order confirmation.
We’ll provide pick up site logistics the day before the delivery. Get your order now because we will be closing this shop page by 6:00 PM on Friday, October 25th, for harvest and packing.
