5 Senses Series Workshop: Hearing ~ A Sound Bowl Walking Meditation ~ Saturday, May 16th

Join us at Mariquita Farm for the first workshop in the 5 Senses Series, Coming Home to Self, Hearing — A Sound Bowl Walking Meditation. This workshop is lead by Amber Michele, an art teacher, yoga instructor and intuitive sound practitioner who works with crystal singing bowls and voice to create deeply immersive healing experiences. Self-taught in her practice, she plays from a place of presence and inner guidance.

Wander the labyrinth, as sound becomes your compass.

Crystal bowls sing through the air, guiding your body into rhythm with the earth beneath your feet.

Each step becomes a prayer, each tone, a remembering.

With training in voice and vocal toning, Amber resonates deeply with the power of sound as a pathway for healing, regulation and connection, inviting others to soften, receive, and return to themselves through vibration.

Amber also started starchildtalismans, a jewelry line that brings a story of your life into creation. Adornment is treated as ritual, jewelry as intention and tiny sacred objects are included in the piece to remind us of who we are. See her work on Instagram@starchildtalismans.

Workshop Cost: $68 per person. Space limited. (No refunds.)

You are welcome to bring a snack or lunch to enjoy on the grounds at the end of the event.  The farm store will be open where you can find lots of unique gifts, crystals, and food items. We appreciate payment in cash and also accept Zelle and Venmo.

Terrain is hilly and uneven, and contains a lot of cactus, please come dressed with good shoes and layers.

Gates open at 9:30 AM for registered guests only. The event is from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Note: Please arrive at the start of the event with time for parking. We will all begin together at the start of the event.

NOTE: This event is for ages 16 and older accompanied by an adult. Please do not bring pets. Pets cannot be kept in the car.  The farm’s address in Corralitos will be sent with the ticket purchase confirmation.
